Philippe Brenninkmeyer

is a Dutch actor born in Wimbledon, London. After studying acting in London and New York he had his first guest roles in hit TV-shows such as “The Guiding Light”, “Sex and the City” and “Law & Order”. In 2001 he got his breakthrough in Germany with a leading role in “girl friends – Freundschaft mit Herz“.He has also starred in several other German series and TV-movies such as “Rosamunde Pilcher”, “Inga Lindström” and “Tatort”, and had guest roles on the American shows “CSI: Miami“, „Navy CIS“ and „Navy CIS: L.A.“ For the American comedy troupe Broken Lizard, Philippe has played a Swinging German car thief in “Super Troopers”, a German beer tournament referee in “Beerfest” and a perturbed diner in “The Slammin' Salmon”. Philippe starred as an American businessman in the German-Singaporeean movie “House of Harmony” opposite the Singaporean film star Fann Wong. He also appeared in an episode of “Mad Men”. He currently has homes in Los Angeles and Berlin and is married to actress Tara Lynn Orr.
