Anthea C Nagoor

is passionate about Mental Health and GBV in South Africa. She serves as the Director of Counselling for Focus on the Family Africa and is also a gifted singer, musician and songwriter. In 2020 Anthea released a song to create awareness and empower women. The song was widely covered by local media. She also writes various articles for local newspapers on topics such as mental health awareness and GBV. Anthea seeks to bring awareness through every means possible to the unprecedented rise of GBV in South Africa and around the world and provide hope to the many helpless woman in her nation. She has been recently interviewed by the US based Focus in the Family to raise global awareness regarding the epidemic of GBV and other mental health issues plaguing South Africa.
